We know that training needs may occur at any given time, even when a training delivery plan is in place. Training design on demand is a new service we offer at Learning Elements to help businesses who need training as needs arise.
Using the ADDIE model of instructional design our team of instructional designers can design and develop:
- Powerpoint based training
- Online training modules using Articulate 360 or RISE
- Classroom training
- Product release decks
- Revision and refresh of existing training material and more
Time frames to develop training on demand is dependent on the training design brief, number of revisions, changes to original brief etc.
As an example a new 20 minute online training module can take up to 10 days to complete from the initial conversation, brief design, story board, training development, review and feedback loops, and sign off by the client. The more information provided by clients, including assets and availability of subject matter experts will influence the number of days to complete a training design request.
