Using the ADDIE model of instructional design, our team of instructional designers can design and develop the following:

Time frames for developing training on demand depend on different factors. It may also include the training design brief, several revisions, changes to the original brief, etc.

For example, a new 20-minute online training module can take up to 10 days to complete, from the initial conversation, brief design, storyboard, training development, review and feedback loops, and sign-off by the client. Clients can influence the number of days it takes to complete a training design request by providing more information. This information includes assets and the availability of subject-matter experts.
